I agree more than anyone about police being overbearing, problem is that its not as much of a racial problem as a policing issue in the U.S. Nothing wrong with standing up for what you think is right but when you look at the stats there are many more whites killed by police than blacks each year, like 3-2 is my understanding. Have to take into account that blacks commit more violent crimes than whites and therefore have more police interactions. What it comes down to is do we have too many stupid laws or are blacks not required to follow the same laws as whites, I've been pulled over many times and had the cuffs put on too tight.
This is a big blanket of alternative facts.
If you're black in the United States, you are more likely to be detained by, beaten up by, or killed by the police even for routine traffic stops than any other person.
Also, why are you being cuffed if you're just being pulled over, unless you're doing something incredibly stupid, like talking back to the cop or being threatening to the cop in any way.
Here's the difference in routine traffic stops for black v. white:
White person: Yes, officer, no officer, here's my license officer. I have not been drinking. No, officer. A warning? Thank you, officer.
Black person: Yes officer, I'm reaching for my license BLAM OH FUCK YOU SHOT HIM!!!
See the difference? It happens far more often than you realize. And that is why people are marching.
