Well dude basically just, stopped responding after the first encounter, though I am not sure why, everything seemed to be going well, so I sent it all back.

One of those... "Second Life is Smaller than if Seems" moments.

I am randomly logging in an a lesser used Alt, on an entire continent away from my home area. In general I often poke nearby people's profiles in the mini map. There is a lone dot standing nearby in the middle of the road. And.... it's my direct neighbor from my home parcel, half a world away. I don't know (or care) what he is doing, but I just though it was a funny "what are the odds" moment.

I desperately want to understand it. Someone is going to the trouble of making new accounts and asking the same question across various groups.

And he has done this for YEARS. Almost daily.

I have had direct interactions on two accounts and I am pretty sure it's not a bot either.

Stories:
One wanker who IMed every girl-presenting avatar in a group with the same canned 'be my sub' line. A week later would spam the group with youtube videos "Why women destroy empires" and scream stuff about 'Feminazis'.

Weirdo who would make a new numbered alt every day after we threw him out and kept it up for months. Saw him still on the grid the other day but he's been out of our hair at least.

Another freak who every so often pops his head up in Caledon with some sob story, usually manages to find some ingenue to wail to about the injustice meted upon him. A few weeks later said ingenue discovers she now has a stalker psycho and disappears entirely to resurface sometime later with an alt.

It's a type of dude, and in every situation when they resurface, I beat them down hard. No hesitation. ETA: (In these particular groups )

Huh, might have been the rando who tried to chat me up when I landed at the Cyber Fair. Right when I landed ; he must have been stalking the landing point for female avs.
I was in the opposite of a chatty mood, so I just TPed home to sort inventory.
Also, in my experience, such convos never end well.

My conversation went something like:

Him (obvious one of his name variations): Hello
Me: Hi, what's up.
Him: Are you submissive?
Me: I dunno, maybe?
Him: Did you know you were when you were young?
Me: I didn't really think about that sort of thing when I was young.

Then that was the end of it. He stopped replying.

I am tempted to just feed into it all sometime and see where it goes.
