2001? THX1138? Destination Moon? Logan's Run? Planet of the Apes? Those just were the first ones to come to mind, but there are others.
Or is there an unknown-to-me definition of "hard" sci-fi?
Hard SF doesn't invent new physics. 2001 would have passed if it left out the monolith and the stoner aliens, for example, and stuck with HAL's breakdown over conflicting commands. It had a good hard SF story inside it.
I'll give you THX-1138, so far as I remember it. The Wikipedia article on Destination Moon suggests it passes too. I seem to recall time travel in Planet of the Apes, and Logans Run is straight camp and Carousel is pure fantasy.
I guess there may be as many as half a dozen actual hard SF movies. It's stunningly rare.
