Wow! This really is quite a read, for so many reasons. The world in which those people move is as remote from that of the rest of us as must have that between aristocrats and the working classes in Victorian England, or even well before that, and yet at the same time, she writes very powerfully of the sheer petty vindictive nastiness of the US prison bureaucracy. It's also enjoyable to see her knife so many of her equally unpleasant former acquaintances.
And she was snubbed by Ghislaine Maxwell. Tee hee.
