The state of Louisiana's computer systems and internet sites were shut down on Monday after a ransomware attack was detected on some government computers. The attack was effectively quarantined, and the infected computers are being wiped and restored from backup images. State computer systems have slowly been restored to service over the last day and a half; however they're reporting the OMV will remain offline until tomorrow. I'm guessing one of their computers is where the ransomware got downloaded.

This (from their website) seems to be using it to mean "we're dealing with it" rather than "we use it". It's actually a clever approach, if the Internet didn't exist.

I mean, one of the purposes of an ad is to get people talking about the product being advertised. Although there is no product being advertised here, the ad still does a good job getting people talking. In that, it is successful.
