So Starkist makes these tuna packs and I found one with rice and beans and Tapatio hot sauce

https://www.amazon.com/StarKist-Tuna-Creations-BOLD-Beans/dp/B0751NG9VN/ref=asc_df_B0751NG9VN/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312057671984&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=13109802106328707514&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9030100&hvtargid=aud-801738734305:pla-568318616336&psc=1&th=1

And then made a salad by piling up (do not mix)

The tuna rice pouch
Can of tuna packed in olive oil
Two green onions torn up
Cherry tomatoes
Fritos Scoops (plain tortilla chips would also work)

This turned out to be good.

Heh -- A.1. originated in England. Supposedly invented by a chef for the king, but pretty obviously a knock-off of chutney.

ETA: I wonder how much of my brain is used up with these odd little factoids. "Too much," no doubt.

Somehow, despite the drought and horridly hot weather, we’ve managed a bumper crop of mangoes. Probably because of that same weather, the fruit bats have been conspicuous by their absence, leaving even more mangoes able to be harvested.

We’re in the process of boiling up a big pot of green mango chutney and are contemplating soon making some delicious mango ice cream as well. The possums and lorikeets and any fruit bats the might still be around are still welcome to the rest that are too high for us to pick - there’s no way we can use them all.
