This statistic blows my mind, that there is actually 25% of all the people in this country who see Trump's behavior and believe that Jesus himself would do those things! I really have to wonder what their churches are teaching them!

That was an interesting read. It certainly explains a lot that's been going on these last few decades. And it's truly frightening, because, even when or if Trump is shown the door one way or another, it won't be the end of it. Oh, sure, Trump himself may eventually fade away into irrelevance, but the evangelicals will just continue fomenting hate and discontent, and will eventually find themselves a new Messiah - one that's even worse than Trump. One who might actually have a brain in his head.

I dread those days.

I think he doesn’t think before he tweets, but he was probably told, possibly previously, likely after. It would be interesting. to see what his given reason for doing it that way is, since he never admits a mistake.
