What's your favourite ice-cream treat and why is it an ice-cream sandwich?

Truth be told, I love most forms of ice cream as long as it is real ice cream and not that ice milk stuff.

I take the sticks out of my prey once I'm done hunting. Leaving them in until you eat is rather gauche.

I don't know for certain its lactose intolerance, but if I eat enough ice cream [1/4-1/2 a pint] then I get an upset tummy - but I do have free dried ice cream sammich bites that give me a bit of the flavour, without being enough to make me sick - and with only the effort of opening bag and popping a piece or two into mouth.

Lately, I've been eating these thingies. Balls of ice cream wrapped in rice dough.
Many flavors. Mango, Strawberry, Chocolate, cookies & creme, etc.
