The original ones, back when it started off in 8chan or wherever it was back then, and the ones who've kept it going down in the murky depths of the message boards, but since then it's spread and mutated through mainstream social media and online and offline constituencies both -- Q-Evangelicals, Q-Proud Boys, Q-Alternative Health, and so on.

It's a huge amorphous mass of interlocking communities of the deluded, changing and mutating by the minute.
