He is absolutely going to let Trump back on it. Trump is going to get his biggest bullhorn back just in time for the midterms and it will affect the 2024 election AGAIN. Even reputable news organizations report his insanity filled tweets, thus spreading them further. Count on Russian disinformation being given a big pass, as well.
Twitter banning Trump was heaven sent. It has been so nice not hearing about his daily rants. We live in times where non-taxpaying billionaires can flat out buy elections, politicians and media with which to swing elections.
I was never a big Twitterer, but I don't think Elon can actually manage Twitter well. His biggest companies are all vapor. Tesla isn't a car company, it's a carbon credit speculation operation. Space X loses so much money, Elon refers to it as philanthropy. So I have about as much optimism for Twitter as I do for Netflix. By the end of the year, they will both be insolvent, or well on their way to it. If you want to stop Trump from campaigning with the power of Twitter, I think selling the platform to Musk is a great way to do it. By next year, it will be a shadow of what it was back in 2016. In 2024, Trump will be just another has-been, trying to use the equivalent of My Space to rant about nasty women and bad hombres. Nobody will care. Younger fascists like DeSantis will walk all over Trump. Probably walk all over Biden, too, but nobody here wants to hear that rant from me again, LOL.
