I think that all this shows is that there is a massive flaw with the import screening of parcels. Most countries in the world have quite harsh restrictions about what can and can’t be imported. Countries like Australia and New Zealand are even more restrictive. Misdeclaring the contents of a package on a customs form for a packet or parcel seems like it should Be the highest problem on the list for customs to be prepped for and screening imported items for!
