I don't know how you guys count, but the EU is in the middle of the second wave, and because the British mutation is taking over rapidly (already more than half of the cases here in NL already) we expect a third wave very soon, although the numbers are going down at the moment, the R rate off the mutation is still higher than 1, so there is a chance that the numbers will go up again soon.

My brother has been looking up natural antivirals since this began, and I'm still taking a lot of what he told me about.
The list here, FWIW:

Resveratrol
Quercetin
N-acetyl cysteine
Pterostilbene
Oil of oregano
Olive leaf extract
Thyme extract

The first four are the most important. I had read about Quercetin and N-acetyl cysteine being given to COVID patients previously.Also vitamin D, which I have to take anyway, and melatonin (not sure what that does except perhaps it's better for your immune system to get more sleep?).

I'm still skeptical of the vaccine, because I don't like this rapid development stuff, but at this point, it's clear that being vaccinated is safer than not being vaccinated, so I signed up to get it. I never thought being a fat smoker would be good for my health, but that put me in category 1A, so I should be getting it soon, I hope.
