If he loses the election, he simply won't be President as of Noon Jan 20th. If he's physically still in the White House, at that point he'd be a squatter and can be dragged out.
That presumes he doesn't declare martial law and cancel the elections. He seems to have the support of the Senate if he tried something like that. I wouldn't rule out the possibility he could pull it off.
Elections are run by the states. He doesn't have the power to cancel them. Also his narcissism won't allow him to do that, because it would be admitting he's a loser.
He can't 'cancel' the election. Article II doesn't give him the powers he thinks it does.

Biden gives up his candidacy! It's all they really want, besides Bernie restarting his campaign and winning simply due to being in second place right now and/or he gets knighted at the convention. The problem with this is, if all the DNC lynchpinning they're sure of is in fact happening, they won't let that happen, the convention leads to a meltdown of the party, and Trump wins again!
Except it would have to go through the Democratic-held House of Representatives, too.
