So there's this old old Peter Gabriel song called "Games Without Frontiers", and at the beginning and near the end there's a repeated line that I always heard before as "She's so fortunate", but I just now found out that the line is actually "Jeux sans frontieres", which makes a lot more sense granted, but my mind is still completely blown.
I always thought it was "she's so popular", and just figured it wasn't supposed to make sense.

It was a gameshow. Teams from different communities competed in challenges. The song builds on the show as a metaphor for war. Games Without Frontiers is the English translation of the title. It was produced in the UK under the title It's a Knockout, which is also referenced in the lyrics.

I remember that show. It was a huge success all over Europe.

So somebody was not only keeping an illegal tiger as a pet - they also abandoned the fucking thing?
