Yes. But specifically after impeachment and conviction. It does not appear that a common court can bar a person from running for president under Article Two.
Under the 14th Amendment, rebellion or insurrection in office can disqualify a person (although the list of offices does not specifically mention President), and presumably an ordinary court conviction would count.
