She is not all together wrong. Sixty days of jail time for taking part in an insurrection is getting off quite lightly compared to how other people fare in the US Justice System. She is being shown a great deal of leniency especially compared to others who took part in the Black Lives Matter protests. Furthermore, I suspect it is not likely she will be spending time in anything approaching Rikers Island.

:qft: 100%

I can only hope that being a "felon" seriously affects her job prospects and I hope she gets every damn court ordered crazy fine they can think of. Because that's what happens to you when you're not "white and rich".

Bannon' criminal contempt hearing.
I'm surprised he showed up.

My iPad first rendered Bannon as Baboon. I should have left it that way, lol.

If he hadn't showed up, the FBI would have chased him down, and being 67 and out of shape, would have caught him. It's not like he could become a fugitive. His ugly face and multiple shirts are very recognizable.

Jeffrey Clark is in legal trouble because he sent a letter to Georgia officials, demanding in bad faith that they overturn the election results, which constitutes election tampering. Tonight MSNBC is reporting that the January 6th Committee has discovered White House metadata on Clark’s letter, which means the letter electronically passed through the Trump White House at some point.

In other words, at least one person in the Trump White House was either involved in the crafting of, or was at least aware of, Clark’s letter before he sent it to Georgia. This implicates the Trump White House person in Clark’s election crimes. And this all comes in the midst of Clark having gone from suddenly wanting to plead the fifth tomorrow, to suddenly not being able to testify tomorrow.

I take the Palmer Report's optimism (about there being consequences) with a large grain of salt.
Throughout TFG's term, thru were always saying "BOOM!" and boom never happened.
Clark may take a fall, IDK, if the 1/6 committee has any consequences for anyone. But TFG?

They're finally talking about their text messages to Meadows by trying to blow it off.

Always fun playing "which of the Fox News hosts is drunk" game. This time it's a little too easy.
