A newly released series of documents from the Epstein files contains the claim that Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates contracted a sexually transmitted disease which Jeffrey Epstein knew about.

These claims come from an email that appears to have been written by Epstein to himself in which the convicted sex offender wrote that Gates had asked him to 'delete the emails regarding your std', and are part of the latest US Department of Justice release.

This email was dated 18 July 2013 and contains a series of claims in which Epstein says that his friendship with Gates is over and he was very unhappy with this.

Separate emails between Epstein and an account named “The Duke” on 11 and 12 August 2010 suggest the financier wanted to introduce “A” to a 26-year-old Russian woman, whom he suggested he “might enjoy having dinner with”.

Epstein wrote that the woman would be in London in August 2010. “The Duke” replied that he would be in Geneva “until the morning of the 22nd but would be delighted to see her” and then asked: “Will she be bringing a message from you? Please give her my contact details to get in touch.”

The email is signed “A”, with what appears to be an email signature that reads “HRH Duke of York KG”.

The person asked Epstein whether there was “any other information you might know about her that might be useful to know?”, to which he replied: “she 26, russian, clevere beautiful, trustworthy and yes she has your email”.

Emails from an account that appeared to belong to Jeffrey Epstein claimed Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates tried to hide a sexually transmitted disease from his wife Melinda after having sex with “Russian girls”.

Friday’s DoJ files show that Musk’s brother Kimbal, who is a Tesla board member, also exchanged multiple emails with Epstein and his associate Boris Nikolic in 2012.

In one message Kimbal thanked the pair for introducing him to a woman called Jennifer and was warned by Nikolic: “Kimbal — just fyi — you better be nice to Jenn Jeffrey goes crazy when someone mistreats his girls/friends.”

Kimbal replied: “Jeffrey: Message received wide and clear. Seriously, I am very happy with my time so far with Jennifer. She’s great.”

Kimbal did not immediately respond to emails requesting comment.

Wexner may or may not have been directly involved in child exploitation. He certainly helped Epstein get access through Victoria's Secret and other L Brand modeling. But he did not give Epstein power of attorney over his funds because of child trafficking. It was because Epstein was very good at tax avoidance, and presumably made little distinction between legal and illegal methods. It was his financial services that bought his way into the circles of power that he serviced with his other activities and which bought him protection from legal consequences.
