The lady SEEMS to be demonstrating a seat-recline setting or something. I think the bottom row of seats when they're not reclined probably have as much clearance for getting in and out as the top ones - which looks about the same as what you get on airplanes today.
Honestly I would take one of these seats JUST for the ability to actually stretch out your legs. The thing that irritates me is that the top row of seats very clearly does NOT have a cute little cubby space into which they can fully stretch out their legs. And they physically couldn't, because the design implies that the heads of the next row of passengers will be right where any such space would need to be. That means airlines could charge an extra like $150 for the bottom row with its luxury leg room and screw that.
