Nun's buttocks, lol. Is it just a doughnut in a knotted shape, or something different? I've read a few articles, but they don't seem to comment on the taste.It's all on the Internet.

It is in the doughnut range taste whise, softer in bite, more air in the dough.
My Mom used to make pies and then with the left over pie dough she'd make pet de soeur. She'd roll out the dough and then put butter, cinnamon and sugar on the dough and then fold it up, kind of like a flat burrito and then bake it. Honestly, I liked the pet de soeur better than the pie!
