These motherfuckers. I am livid. I have BEEN livid. They lie, lie and lie even when there is video evidence. I believe this video gives a good angle of what went down. I actually have the video saved in case it is taken down, but don't know how to post it here, so I will post Reddit link.
It's clear that they were attacking witnesses. He puts his arm around one that they shoved. He tries to help one up after they were thrown to the ground, then they pepper spray him, turn to him and throw him to the ground, dogpiling him.
You can see one bash him with what appears to be one of the pepper spray cans. You can see his arms pinned to the ground by them never getting anywhere even close to a weapon. You can see the agent in the grey jacket remove his LAWFUL (he had permit) weapon from his waist area, run away and only THEN do you hear the first shot. He is unarmed and face down when they murder him.
They had their immigrant target in the car on the right ready to go. At no time did they need to go over to the left and attack witnesses. At no time does the victim attack them. At no time does the victim ever access the weapon. This doesn't even happen without their initial completely unnecessary brutality upon witnesses.
ETA: If they keep this up, someone, somewhere who has seen these last two murders is going to actually take a shot at them. Then, Trumpco will have what they want. They actually WANT an ICE agent killed. They don't care about them either, ultimately. No more than the two citizens who have been murdered.
