When Dachau was opened in 1933, it had a capacity for 5,000 people.ICE is planning to warehouse their detainees. This is sickening.
Trump team plans to renovate industrial warehouses so they can hold up to 80,000 migrants: report
They want to put one of these in my state.
Khalid El-Masri just wanted to go on vacation in Macedonia when he was detained and handed over to the CIA to be raped and tortured.Who of you folks isn't? I'm from Germany so I'm not concerned - for now...
Homeland security is increasing the use of undercover techniques to infiltrate and interact with social media users in order to collect intelligence and target individuals, documents leaked to me reveal.
The new program, called “masked engagement,” allows homeland security officers to assume false identities and interact with users—friending them, joining closed groups, and gaining access to otherwise private postings, photographs, friend lists and more.
With this news, flooding social media with ICE deterrent bots is authorized, I mean, not that one has the presence to influence such a thing, but those that do, can.![]()

🚨 ICE is authorized to covertly infiltrate and interact with social media accounts under a new program called "masked engagement," per documents leaked to me: https://www.kenklippenstein.com/p/exclusive-ice-masks-up-in-more-waysbsky.app
Or try to remember a piece of wisdom too many people have forgotten: don't put it in writing unless you're content to have it read out in court or read it on the front page of a newspaper. With this news, flooding social media with ICE deterrent bots is authorized, I mean, not that one has the presence to influence such a thing, but those that do, can.
Evernote LinkThis is an example of “Silicon Valley CEOs and their inability to divorce ICE and the complete lack of understanding of why that makes them monsters,” a Salesforce employee told 404 Media. “Employees are going absolutely apeshit in internal Slack about how completely awful it was.” Another employee told 404 Media that Benioff “then followed it up with a joke about not understanding the message of Bad Bunny's Super Bowl performance. On its own just seems out of touch, but coupled with the previous joke it does seem worse.”
This would be completely unlawful in the EU and the UK.Unlock your phone and check how many apps have access to your location. Every one of them is broadcasting your precise GPS coordinates to thousands of private bidders every time they serve an ad, and the federal government is buying that data in bulk.
That data pipeline is just one layer of a much wider system. In January 2026, an ICE agent pointed a smartphone at a woman standing on a public sidewalk in Portland, Maine and told her she was being entered into a database of domestic terrorists. She had done nothing but watch an enforcement operation from across the street. That same month, Google received an ICE subpoena demanding a student journalist’s credit card numbers, bank account information, and metadata, then complied the same day it notified him, leaving no meaningful window to challenge the demand in court.

Homeland Security is trying to force tech companies to hand over data about Trump critics | TechCrunch
The use of administrative subpoenas, which are not subject to judicial oversight, are used to demand a wealth of information from tech companies, including the owners of anonymous online accounts documenting ICE operations.techcrunch.com
Reddit, Meta, and Google voluntarily “complied with some of the requests” for identifying details of users critical of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) sent as part of a recent wave of administrative subpoenas the Department of Homeland Security has been distributing to Big Tech the past few months, according to an anonymously sourced New York Times report.
Those three companies, plus Discord, have received “hundreds” of such requests that have come from DHS recently. Meta, it should be noted, is the parent company of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Administrative subpoenas used for this purpose represent an escalation. This tool, which comes not from a judge but from DHS itself, was formerly reserved for situations like child abductions, according to the Times.
ETAMerriam-Webster defines a concentration camp as “a place where large numbers of people (such as prisoners of war, political prisoners, refugees, or the members of an ethnic or religious minority) are detained or confined under armed guard”. By that definition, ICE already operates a sprawling network of concentration camps where captured immigrants, the largest group of whom have committed no crime, are housed in what countless accounts describe as inhumane conditions, designed to degrade, hurt, sicken and punish them, despite Trump administration claims that ICE facilities are held to “national detention standards”. With its new warehouse purchases, the Trump administration is seeking to expand and intensify this archipelago of torture. Mass illness, abuse, immiseration and death will be the inevitable result. How will we live with the shame?
Kilmar Abrego Garcia cannot be re-detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, a federal judge ruled Tuesday, dealing the Trump administration another blow in its effort to keep him locked up while it attempts to deport him again.
The injunction issued by US District Judge Paula Xinis, of the federal court in Greenbelt, Maryland, follows an emergency order she handed down in December that similarly blocked officials from taking Abrego Garcia into immigration custody. But unlike the earlier ruling, the government can appeal the new one up to a Richmond, Virginia-based federal appeals court.
The government has been dicking around with Garcia's life since March of last year. It's about time someone is trying to put an end to it (the dicking around).Tuesday’s decision is the latest judicial rebuke of the government’s maneuvering in Abrego Garcia’s case, which has come to symbolize the administration’s hardline — and, at times, slapdash — approach to immigration enforcement. Abrego Garcia was unlawfully deported to El Salvador last year and, following a series of court rulings, brought back to the US to face federal human smuggling charges in Tennessee.
In the twisted structure embraced by the Trump administration, each new human detained by ICE represents a profit opportunity for a corporation. Nearly 90 percent of people in immigration detention are held in facilities “owned or operated by private prison companies,” according to the AIC report. Trump’s brutal mass-detention complex is enriching a network of private prison companies with names like CoreCivic, Acquisition Logistics, and Akima Global Services — at taxpayer expense.
Below, we examine serious allegations from four federal facilities that have become notorious for detainee mistreatment. Neither ICE nor the Department of Homeland Security responded to requests for comment for this story.
In the span of just six weeks between December and January, six people died while detained by ICE in Texas — three of them at Camp East Montana. The deadly period began with a 48-year-old Guatemalan, Francisco Gaspar-Andres, who ICE said died on Dec. 3 of liver and kidney failure after being hospitalized for more than two weeks following detention.
Karen Newton was in America on the trip of a lifetime when she was shackled, transported and held for weeks on end. With tourism to the US under increasing strain, she says, ‘If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone’
The inaction of the British embassy is what surprised me the most.
