But the American church of the NRA with their Gunpowder Cathedral must have them somewhere prominent in their commandments, no?
The problem is, they've had to rewrite them countless times since Trump took over as their high priest. I don't even think they write it all down in pen anymore.

I recommend using a mechanical pencil, like a Uni Kurotoga Advance, Uni Kurotoga Dive (if you can find one) or the Rotring 800 with a soft lead.

And for erasing, a Faber-Castell precision eraser pen or one of the Tombow Mono Zero eraser pens.

Best I can do is an old Staedtler Mars Technico 780

I think Percy Bysshe Shelley wrote the commandment in The Masque of Anarchy (1819)

Last came Anarchy: he rode
On a white horse, splashed with blood;
He was pale even to the lips,
Like Death in the Apocalypse.

And he wore a kingly crown;
And in his grasp a sceptre shone;
On his brow this mark I saw –
‘I AM GOD, AND KING, AND LAW!’

That's one of the most popular clutch pencils for a reason. They don't really get "old" because they're basically indestructible.

Modern ones come with a hardness indicator, but are otherwise mostly the same. Great choice for artists.

This feller here, by golly, he knows his pencils.
