Compulsory sterilisation wasn't just a Nazi policy -- it was practiced by many other European countries and also (enthusiastically) by the US. It was, at the time, seen as a progressive policy. Even the Nazis, for all their blood and soil mysticism, thought they were, in the best traditions of the European Enlightenment, using cutting-edge science to improve the race.

Their fundamental mission, beyond enriching the billionaires at all our expense, seems to be to establish that women and people of color are 'incompetent', no matter how skilled. They want to drive them out of the workforce so that they have no choice but to get back to abasing themselves before an Incel husband and pumping out white babies. While people of color either settle for brutal dead-end sweatshop/service jobs no one wants, starve or resort to crimes which get them killed, locked up or deported.
