Yeah, VA is seriously messed up when it comes to Halloween. Some places do not even want adults dressing up at all.

If you want to see some funny ones look for americans eating Finnish candy. The vids where they encounter salmiakki (because of course they can not read the labels) are priceless. Oh, salmiakki = salty licorice.
