A comma following Britney Spears would create an aside that names her as the next Prime Minister. As written, it implies that Britney Spears and the un-named Japanese Prime Minster-in-waiting are both in court among other things. Not sure if their cases are related.
A colon would separate them into independent clauses (Japan's Likely New Prime Minster: Britney Spears Back in Court: and More."). Some would use a semi-colon, but I prefer a full colon when there is no strong connection between clauses.
