My grandfather, who fought at the Battle of the Bulge and other WWII battles, had a tendency to call Hitler Adolf Schickelgruber. I have a suspicion that he would have called JD Vance (aka James Donald Bowman, aka James David Hamel, aka Cpl. James D. Hamel aka James David Vance) James Donald Bowman. (not that Adolf's last name was Schickelgruber, it was the father, Alois, who had the Schickelgruber name, through round about ways coming to Hitler (which was, apparently, supposed to be Hiedler)).

Not sure if he would have used Donald Drumpf for Trump.
