I’ve been telling y’all I’m just a country girl. Texas North, with oil and cattle as major drivers but the addition of vasts forests and timber industry. Home of great minds like Jordan Peterson.

We have bigger trucks though, which is why we were ground zero for the truck convoy protests.

We even have a separatist party wanting to leave Canada and join the US. Also our current provincial government is pursuing options to abandon the RCMP and create an Alberta police force. Also to leave the national pension plan for one of our own.

Conveniently we don’t need to buy new hats. Make Alberta Great Again.

Except that the Vietnamese restaraunts in Calgary suck compared to Houston's. I went into one and ordered my usual and the waitress said "I'm sorry, I am Chinese" and I had to order in English because she didn't know the Vietnamese names for the Vietnamese food on the menu.
