LOL, if they ever allow people to upload their own mesh, you know somebody's gonna make an avatar that's a talking foot... or maybe just a toe. Wasn't there a toe super villian on Animaniacs or something? When will the war on feet fetishists end????
PS, I do not have a foot fetish, I am really indifferent on the foot thing.
Yes, though the same could be said about drm.One of the shittier parts of the whole NFTs thing is it takes the whole idea of digital assets being effectively infinitely copyable, which is literally one of the best parts of digital anything, and tries to force real world scarcity on them, for no other reason than to satisfy some bull shit real world business model.
Or reverse DRM. The value of an NFT appears to be related to the popularity of the content it is linked to. So if no one sees it, the value plummets. You need the content to be memeworthy or in the news, with lots of people seeing it or familiar enough to get the reference, for the NFT to be desirable.NFTs are honor system DRM.
KEY POINTS
- Apple requires states to maintain the systems needed to issue and service credentials at taxpayer expense, according to contracts signed by four states.
- The agreement, obtained through public record requests from CNBC and other sources, mostly portrays Apple as having a high degree of control over the government agencies responsible for issuing identification cards.
- Apple has “sole discretion” for key aspects of the program.
Would he deserve a ham in the face for this, or a ham radio? From a Facebook ham radio group
