After the house tour event, I went to a club to dance and forgot I wasn’t wearing shoes. A little while after I got there, a man IMed me and said my feet were hot and he wanted to suck on my toes. I quickly put on shoes and thanked him and said my toes and the rest of me are taken.

Technically you can use VTech's Boi Chest to replace the secondary a genitals and Caboodle's Hoo Cover to hide the primary ones on Maitreya... the results should be a very androgynic male.

I had a weird thing happen last night. SL crashed so hard that when I logged back in, it had changed the color of my shirt and tie.

I was wearing this when I crashed:


When I signed back in, this is what I was wearing:


The shirt does have a hud with different colors for the shirt and tie, but it's still weird that it just changed from crashing.

No actually not. This is normal behaviour. If an object gets changed while worn it exists in a temporary Limbo. The changes will only be saved back to the inventory upon a unequip (and maybe a regular logout). You can even try to abuse this behaviour to rescue an object you messed up while worn... just force a viewer crash.

Every single time I crash for like the past couple months something on me changes, either all my alphas are gone, or something changes color. Yes, it's very weird. Never had that before.

Give the lab a break, it is still in early stages.
Just clear cache as a ceremonial effort to fix things and wait until SL comes out of beta.
Everything will be fine then.
