Fun Fact: Log into beta and live grid at the same time. Change your skin on one and watch it change on the other. After seeing that, they got a big fat NOPE from me.

That isn't supposed to happen. It never did before the uplift to the cloud or whatever they're calling it. Something must have changed in the transition or afterwards because those grids are supposed to be completely separate. You have to specify you want to log into the beta grid as opposed to just logging in on the public grid without having to tell the viewer that is what you want to do. And that is after having to jump through the "get approval from LL before you can log into beta" hoops before you can log into it. Which I had done long ago but at some point, probably because I hadn't used the beta in years, they decided to remove my authorization and force me to do it all over again. Big fat nope from me on that. It's far more convenient and easier to log into my own little grid on my own pc. Works wonderfully for the kinds of testing I need to do.
