Well, I can understand the outrage about it. But they also all made a major mistake: no company will like it if you are discussing internal topics with your boss in public. This always will put you on the black list. If you want to discuss internal matters, then do so internally.

This is just super bizarre and the most bizarre thing about it is that Kraus isn't the only one - there's a whole actual spate going on of Twitter flagging and locking accounts after posting rocket launch imagery or space photography for the highly specific reason of "privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their express consent":

What do they have to lose? The company will be in Chapter 11 after Q1 2023. Better to take the severance now and have some cushion while deciding which offer to accept. Of course there's also the possibility that Musk will storm off in a rage and never return. The service may then be salvageable if users feel like the company are focused on restoring user functionality as quickly as possible.
