Having been a dancer myself I couldn't help but notice his left side is weak so he needs to work on building it up. He's also a bit young to be dancing since his bones are still very soft at that age.
The most conducive age to begin serious training is around ages 7-9. Prior to this children should be acquiring movement and co-ordination skills in age-appropriate activities that might include dance.
But I shouldn't be concerned for a child's welfare, right?
