I think(?) I already posted about an encounter I had a while back but just in case, I was sitting outside on my brother's lawn-level back deck at night having a smoke. It was really late and dark, and out of the bushes comes out this weird floating white flame of smoke... and as you can see in the video, the way they walk makes their markings twitch and wave.

I stared in disbelief- couldn't understand what I was seeing, yet it just kept on coming towards me. My brain wouldn't put two and two together since we're in a city... Anyways, I finally jumped up when this tiny ghost was but a few feet away and realized it was a skunk which freaked me out almost as much.
