I didn’t know this but apparently it’s A group of penguins in the water is called a raft but on land they're called a waddle! Other names for a group of penguins include rookery, colony, and huddle.

Went for a bike ride yesterday to clear my head and these two let me share their fishing spot (I didn’t fish, just ate some cherries). Johnathon the seagull, of course, and a great blue heron. They turned and looked at me a few times, but mostly concentrated on the underwater sashimi.

There were a few big black diving birds (double-crested cormorant?) but they were too quick. Only saw their heads bob out quick, then back in they went.
