[curmudgeon mode] To me, it's sad that animal videographers insist on re-using that Benny Hill music. It was bad enough when Hill, used it. It's worse than being rickrolled. And, it detracts from the humor of what's being shown. [/curmudgeon mode]

animal videographers
Someone whips their iphone out and shoots cousin Bill being fed by his parrot, and suddenly they're a videographer. :hellokitty:

Also, the song is called Yakety Sax, by Boots Randolph, and is a classic of the Nashville sound.

Personally, I’m not a fan of adding music to everything, but I suppose for those on TikTok and such, it’s the norm. Even in movies or series these days, they feel the need to cram as much snippets of songs as the can. C’est à la mode…

If only rats had charismatic fluffy limbs.

Gah! Squirrel! When it comes to birdfeeders and flowerpots, Squirrels are EVIL incarnate. It was impossible to keep them away from the birdseed.

Let's have some love for the flightless folk.

There should be a grouping name for penguins. (Like "murder of crows," "gaggle of geese," or "parliament of owls.")

Went for a bike ride yesterday to clear my head and these two let me share their fishing spot (I didn’t fish, just ate some cherries). Johnathon the seagull, of course, and a great blue heron. They turned and looked at me a few times, but mostly concentrated on the underwater sashimi.

There were a few big black diving birds (double-crested cormorant?) but they were too quick. Only saw their heads bob out quick, then back in they went.
