Legal shit moves at a glacial pace. This thread isn't being necro'd -- it's just keeping up with the pace of the courts.

Looks like the Pearlman vs. Linden Lab case was dismissed with prejudice on January 31st, and entered by the clerk on February 4th.

I am guessing there was a settlement offer that was accepted.
