I'm not a lotr fan and previously only watched the lotr movies (with little remembeed). I feel like this series was made more for fans that have some prior knowledge. So while I enjoy it, it has led to a lot of googling to catch up.

I really enjoyed The Great on Hulu...I flew through it after recently grabbing a hulu deal.
