"I Didn't Believe This Was Real..."
No biggie. Just Elon Musk voicing support for a violent coup and the end of US democracy.unprecedented.ghost.io

The National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) is suing Twitter on behalf of 17 music publishers representing the biggest artists in the business. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Tennessee, claims the company "fuels its business with countless infringing copies of musical compositions, violating Publishers' and others' exclusive rights under copyright law."
It also has a list of 1,700 or so songs (included below) that the publishers say have been included in multiple copyright notices to Twitter without the company doing anything about it, asking the court to fine Twitter up to $150,000 for each violation.
The issue predates Musk's $44 billion purchase of Twitter last year. The New York Times cites unnamed employees saying Twitter had cut a music licensing deal because of how much it would cost, which it said could amount to over $100 million per year — the Times also reported in March that licensing deals between three major labels and Twitter stalled after Musk's takeover last fall.

A judge in Colorado recently authorized law enforcement to evict Twitter from an office building in Boulder, according to news reports. The ruling came after the Elon Musk-owned company was sued by the building's landlord over unpaid rent.
"A judge for Boulder County's district court permitted law enforcement to evict the tenant on May 31, directing the tech giant to evacuate its suites at 3401 Bluff St. in Boulder and return them to the owner and landlord, Lot 2 SBO LLC," The Denver Post wrote yesterday.
This isn't even the only Boulder building where Twitter apparently failed to pay bills. At the other building on 1301 Walnut St., Twitter is reportedly facing demands for unpaid rent and unpaid cleaning bills.
Honestly... I'm wondering what is going through Elon's head in this... Is he really just so arrogant he thought he'd not lose all the offices or could this be some sort of self-sabotage?![]()

Or maybe he doesn't care since he's fired most of his employees anyway?Honestly... I'm wondering what is going through Elon's head in this... Is he really just so arrogant he thought he'd not lose all the offices or could this be some sort of self-sabotage?
but he also dragged people back into the office from work from home? Not sure if he needed to downsize office space or not... either way, this is a weirdly not cost effective way to do it once the lawsuits are done.Or maybe he doesn't care since he's fired most of his employees anyway?
I am pretty sure he doesn't care because he has "fuck you" money to the nth degree.Honestly... I'm wondering what is going through Elon's head in this... Is he really just so arrogant he thought he'd not lose all the offices or could this be some sort of self-sabotage?
I had some young, dumb, and full of cum Trump-humper try that "what is a woman" shit on me once on Twitter. I replied back with, "a woman is someone who will never sleep with you." He blocked me after that.Yeah, that was Walsh's point. He asked various people "What is a Woman?" The professor said something like "A woman is a woman." Two of the therapists said something more like "A woman is someone who identifies as a woman." (the professor of woman's studies might have also included that identifies part; yeah, I think the professor said that identifies part also, as Walsh replied something like "if I say I identify as an African-American, would I be lying?" To which the professor replied with something like "I don't know your ancestry, are you?" (I think the professor said something more like "are you biracial?" Walsh replied "I don't know"). The older therapist said, basically, "a woman is someone with XX chromosomes."
Or, put another way: Walsh's point was that pro-"a woman is someone who identifies as a woman" people do not actually have a definition for "a woman".
Oh dear, what is going on these days with Elon Musk at Twitter? Let’s see: Twitter is being kicked out of its office in Boulder because—wait for it—Elon decided to stop paying the rent. He’s stopped paying the bills for Twitter’s use of Google Cloud and, according to my partner Eriq Gardner, for JAMS, the arbitration administrator that is adjudicating many of Musk’s legal disputes with his ex-employees. He’s also facing a lawsuit from the Wall Street P.R. firm, Joele Frank, which claims it’s owed more than $830,000 in fees for advice it provided during Musk’s campaign to buy Twitter last year.
As a former restructuring and bankruptcy advisor at Lazard, I can recognize the signs of a company in distress. After all, it’s a pretty obvious tell that there’s financial trouble brewing when a company stops paying its bills as they become due. That’s a recipe for financial disaster, or bankruptcy, or both. Last time I checked, if a company has more than 12 creditors—as Twitter does—then any three of them can join together to put a company into an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding. And Elon is in danger here. At some point, the creditors he is mindlessly stiffing on a regular basis are going to get sufficiently pissed to throw Twitter into bankruptcy.
Or at least his people. Trump is not a fan of Elon's.It's a perfect plan if one's goal is to emulate, and thus endear oneself to, the sacred orange popsicle.
It is easy posing to be the big shot in charge.Honestly... I'm wondering what is going through Elon's head in this... Is he really just so arrogant he thought he'd not lose all the offices or could this be some sort of self-sabotage?
