Ok, so I really needed a snack that was a bit sweet the other night, so I took a flour tortilla, buttered it, put a little bit of sugar in it and was going to add some cinnamon and then nuke it for 20 seconds. Except, for the life of me, I could not find the damn cinnamon. So I used pumpkin pie spice and actually, it was pretty good.
