I spotted what was probably the Dread Dormammu (flaming head thing), Shuma-Gorath (eye tentacle thing), Iron Man suits (or maybe Ultrons that look like Iron Man), Patrick Stewarts voice, Rintrah (green Minotaur thing) and America Chavez (hispanic looking girl in the patriotic jacket at the end)

My guess is that this film will bring the MCU closer in line with standard Marvel universe 616 continuity.

Someone noticed on a poster for the movie what looks like a part of Captain Carter's shield from the What If...? series on a broken mirror shard. There had already been talk that she may appear in future movies. Another sees what they think could be Deadpool. My guess is that if that was Patrick Stewart in the trailer that it's a one shot deal since I think that he has said that he is done with Professor X.

I think he wanted Professor X to have some kind of ending. I still think that if it is him it'll be a one film deal. This version of the illuminati is supposedly a multiverse version with members being from different realities. One rumor that has been going around is that Anson Mount will be back as Black Bolt just for this movie.

Loki escapes with the Tesseract in Endgame, in 2012. The events in the Loki series start immediately afterward. When Sylvie breaks the Sacred Timeline, we see branches forming throughout history. So the Multiverse exists again throughout time, after having been suppressed by the TVA. In the Loki finale, we see the Timekeepers have been replaced by a Kang the Conquerer, so the TVA was affected too. We don't know if the TVA is trying to suppress branches now, or just messing with them. We also know there are alternate *dimensions* from Doctor Strange's first movie, which is different than alternate branches of our Universe. So there are lots of possible alternatives.

Really looking forward to this.

I was a casual Marvel movie watcher, missed a couple movies and not really following the larger arc and no knowledge of the canon or universe lore because I don’t read comic books.

Then I saw Dr. Strange and got hooked. Went back and watched them all. I’ve kept up with nearly everything since. Marvel has also become one of the solid go to topics I can always use to chat up my son.

He’s going to come visit to bring me to see this as a Mother’s Day gift.

There was a TV commercial today that said that the movie will be shown in 3D. Looks like a movie like that could be a 3D showcase if done right. The ad also mentioned the Illuminati for the first time in the MCU.
