It's good to see that Putin is on the same page here, even if it does turn out to be him telegraphing that he wants a limited scope proxy war in Ukraine. I'd feel a lot better if they got Pakistan to co-sign something like this, even if they aren't on the security council. Nuclear Pakistan always looks like a uranium tinder box to me.
