The real solution is to make the taxes on moving money in and out of a country considerably larger so it's no longer an incentive. It kind of makes sense really, at least the going out part. Why would a country want it's money going elsewhere.As long as not all countries take that step, there will be tax paradises around the world.
It may trigger some inconveniences for the filthy rich, but they will find their way to not waist their money on society.
One needs a larger cruise ship than the others, right?
Of course then it will just become a stupid game of buying "Art" or NFTs or some other money laundering scam that can me moved tax free.
