TY! I actually learned about this in the residents group this afternoon. That's also how I discovered that I could swap around houses, too.

Good, good stuff -especially compared to the old Linden homes.
Bellisseria sold me on the idea of having a Linden Home on ground level instead of living full time in a detached skybox. Before I would've never entertained the notion. It's clever what the Labs is doing by pushing Bellisseria hard and goes into some financial commentary that's been made by a certain extremely successful saver of an online game in dire straits.

You can't predict microtransactions. You can't budget for microtransactions.

But you can model subscriptions.

By driving more people to actually get Premium and making it attractive, they're creating a subscription service for Second Life.

1) Running the communist party at the 1920s Berlin Project sims. (Duties include kicking out nazis, looting, rioting, keeping the "Wealthy Art Deco Escapism" roleplayers and the "gritty realism" roleplayers from killing each other)
2) Making mesh things.
3) Texturing mesh things( mine or other peoples)
4) Trying to keep the elderly woman on my land from buying more things she doesn't realize are artwork for niche kinks.
5) Being the only person in SL that can satisfy my partners desire for unsual items ("make me a kylie jenner style jacket made of wrinkled goat skin that's been turned inside out with materials for pus and has sleeves for four arms, don't ask why" "ok")

Let's see, what do I do in SL? A better question is what do I not do. I sail, DJ, build, script, host, lay by the pool, sail, sleep, camp. Basically, what ever suits me at the moment.

My latest hobby is rigging farm animals to explode and slipping them in to peoples DFS herds.

Ha ha ha ha. There is one thing I've wanted to do around Frau Yardley recently:

Frau Yardley: Oh Hello CC.
Me: I am CC, Hail Uber! I am the Fashionista who often goes shopping for new gowns when she rarely wears the ones she owns. And I am the Fashionista who listens to 80's music while in the company of beautiful women. I am also the Fashionista who says (looking at Frau Yardley): You see, Frau Yardley, we are not all barbarians. (Yes, I was inspired by the Smith & JOnes Nazi Generals sketch)

Yes, a productive hobby indeed that really ought to be more popular. No, I never wanted to explode someone's Meeroo's, why do you ask?

Sion Chickens deserved being exploded. I'll admit toying with the idea of grabbing a Linden prim (and using an alt to script it) and causing great hurt to a neighbour's chickens.

Breedables are one of the reasons that I twinge a little at the idea of putting a Teeglepet out on my lawn. Even if we have come so far along since those days.

My house boat wasn't locked so the sides had gone poof; so I moved it t9 my old buiding skybox and lookedfor houseboat parts in my inventory. My inventory is hopelessly full and disorganized and the skybox was littered with priims.

Despair!
I thought about making a new avata ; then I took a deep breath and started the process of cleaning up the mess.
:)

sorry about the typos my hands are shaky today

Make sure your inventory is sorted by date, so that the last objects that come in a map show up at the top.
The lost parts should be somewhere on top in the trash bin if you accidently delete parts.

If you used "take" in edit mode, the stuff should be in the map of the houseboat.

The parts may be in the objects folder or the lost & found folder. There is also the chance that they are not called houseboat side or anything useful and instead ar just 'object'. All depends on how the creator builds...

You can adjust the filter on the "recent" inventory tab in Firestorm and have it set to things that you've gotten in the last few days since they were returned and that might also help you figure out which parts go to your boat.

Unless you're really patient and already a better builder than I, I'd simply see if the boat had a rezzer and/or set out a different one.

It depends on what actually happened with Roberts stuff, there is a system to it.
Accidentally deleted goes to Trash.
'Take copy' goes to Objects
'Take' goes back to the folder it originated from.
Send back by others goes to Lost and found, just like eaten by the system (if and when it gets restored).

I just got a 11008sqm sized parcel in Pierce. It's a hillside, which is funky as hell -but I'm trying to go with it.
Picture flood spoilered:

And here's the house I made for Funadama and have on every grid I'm on:
The reason I had to grab this -the parcel is land-locked (surrounded by other ppl's parcels), but there's a huge stretch of roadside I can take advantage of. I'm not sure how I will, but at least I can! Photos:

Sounds like a bigger version of mine, which is also on a funky hillside, and landlocked, and it looks like you also have a good view of the ocean? lake? river? I don't have any roads nearby, though.

So far, I do -mine is like an inlet:

I'm a little anxious that someone will decide to block it off -but at least two of my neighbors seem stable so it shouldn't be *completely* blocked off. (and if they do somehow ...well, roadside. :D)
