I just noticed in that video, they did a quick cut of Luke fighting Vader in Empire, and in the fight, the light sabers can't cut through the hand railings. The sabre just kinda bounces off the railing and sparks a bit. That can mean only one thing...

The hand rails on the death star are made of bespar!

This explains why the empire flouted OSHA rules by not putting enough hand rails on the death star. Bespar hand rails must be super expensive to build and install.
