Agreed. The dems always want to make peace with a group of people who view them as their sworn enemy. That there has never been punishment is no small part of the reason it continues and grows ever more ugly and illegal.

I'm also pretty sure the margin of victory in this election will not embolden any D's in office. We were hoping for a landslide and we got a "convincing" victory instead.

I understand Joe's reasoning, but my hope is that once everyone's sworn in and things start to come up there will be a change of attitude when the sheer breadth and depth of the Trump administration's corruption comes to light. Those assholes can NOT walk free and some of the worst Federal crimes can't be prosecuted by SDNY.

Normally teachers just accept being a punching bag, but not this time. This time I slammed the phone down, and high tailed to the principal to confess my crime. I figured I was in big trouble.

From then on the office staff had orders never to put a call through to me from that parent.

A staffer for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger said Tuesday that he participated in a controversial phone call with Sen. Lindsey Graham and said he heard Graham ask if state officials could throw out ballots.

The comments from the staffer, election implementation manager Gabriel Sterling, corroborate Raffensberger’s recent claims about the phone call with Graham, who is one of President Donald Trump’s most outspoken allies.

Earlier this week, Raffensberger accused Graham of asking him to “look hard and see how many ballots you could throw out,” referring to absentee ballots that skewed heavily in favor of President-elect Joe Biden. Graham denied the claim, saying that it was “ridiculous” that he tried to pressure Raffensberger to throw out legally cast ballots.

He also said he wouldn't interfere with the Department of Justice and let them do their thing. New York has first dibs on Trump, which neither Trump or Biden has any control over.

Teacher should dismissively laugh and say "Your absolutely correct. I'll update the assignment and have the children do it again immediately!"

Give them the exact same assignment with a footnote: "(*) Presuming the courts continue to find no evidence of the 'wide spread voter fraud' that the sore loser incumbent's army of lawyers are whining about."

President Donald Trump on Tuesday fired the nation’s top election security official, a widely respected member of his administration who had dared to refute the president’s unsubstantiated claims of electoral fraud and vouch for the integrity of the vote.

While abrupt, the dismissal of Christopher Krebs, the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, was not a surprise. Since his loss, Trump has been ridding his administration of officials seen as insufficiently loyal and has been denouncing the conduct of an election that led to an embarrassing defeat to Democrat Joe Biden.

It's definitely Trump's real problem: Not enough yes men.

Krebs was Trump appointed, to an agency Trump created. He has 17 years experience in cyber security. He’s the foremost expert on infrastructure security. The sitting President just fired him because he contradicted his disinformation campaign/soft coup.

Worth noting that the Society of Secretaries of State (That's all 50 Secretaries of State) joined him in stating "There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised."
