I usually go to bed after midnight, it takes me 5-15 minutes to knock out a daily logic puzzle, wordle and sodoku. It's super effective at helping me break out of whatever stupid thought loops that would have kept me from relaxing and falling asleep.

The downside is that when people talk about wordle the next day, I never remember what the word was that I already solved for. =)
