Random capitalization, odd punctuation, they need to do a smell check on who ever wrote this notice. And by smell check, I mean drug test. Besides, how often are people actually "sitting on phone"? Firstly, it should be sitting on the phone. Secondly, if you're in the bathroom and sitting on the phone (or on phone) then you're doing it wrong. Go ahead, report me to office. Also tell mom. ;)

That's the kind of note I expect from an incompetent control freak that managed to brown nose their way into management .
