ZOMG, a new forum! I read through part of the thread about this about two minutes ago, and my keen computer knowledge gets me as far as “SLU was old and huge, like a magnificent, ancient whale cruising through the internet seas, and will have to be lovingly harpooned while this forum is like...”

Ok, I don’t have a clue what’s going on. I also, unfortunately, am both happy ensnarled by life and not so happily sick. This continues a fine, personal tradition as I swear half of my SLU posts were written when I was either half-asleep or sick. It does, however, mean that I will have to ponder the whaleness of SLU another time.

I did want to say congratulations to Cris. I’m sure towing SLU around for so long must have been a lot if work because of databases or tables or database tables....Anyway, thank you for all you have and are doing, and for making a small spot in the internet ocean a safe cove for all us mammals.

Me too! I would have been gutted if I visited SLU and you had left without me! Even though it would have been my fault!

How do I get a GIF to work and where are all the smileys!

Why do I keep using the exclamation mark when I’m actually asking questions!

Ok, I concede to whatever tiny technical hurdle there is that I obviously cannot overcome. I am, apparently, not an tech ant able to lift several times her body weight in GIF links but am more like a tech slug who shrivels at the slightest tech grain of salt in my path. I was trying to post this, but I give up:
