Netherlands= Holland
Germany= Anglo-saxony (IIRC, both Angles and Saxons originated from Germany)

Norway=Niflheim
Denmark= Muspelheim
Sweden= Midgard

Town/city names
Hamburger (Germany), Mannaheim (Scandinavian), Rutabuga (Sweden)

I've always wanted someone to build a big varsim with a jungle with some rivers running through it and name it The Amazonas Full Of Piranhas.

Somewhere on it, there should be a town that's on its own parcel. That parcel would be named Manaus Full Of Piranhas.

While I'm at it: The parcel that makes up the rest of the sim could be named The Jungle Of The Amazonas Near Manaus Full Of Piranhas.

/me expects nobody here to get the reference, but still...
