There was a trendy Tapas restaurant up the street that my friends and I frequented. They had a to-die-for spicy creamy cilantro sauce that we started calling "Orgasm Sauce". The dining area was pretty tiny only a few tables and a small bar, and voices carried. Wasn't long before we started hearing other people ordering 'Salmon in Orgasm Sauce' as well.
The chef was a chemist who came over from Spain for academic/scientific work but decided to open a restaurant instead with her artist husband who went all out to decorate the place. They retired before the pandemic though. Man I miss them. =)
