Tomato Sandwich

I never tried a Tomato-sandwich, but that sounds tasty, I need to give that a try.

Also, I heard drizzling thick cut beefsteak-tomato slices with some brown butter is equivalent to a daytrip to heaven. Not tried that one yet either.
